This is a wake-up call to take care of your health.⠀

What will you do when you get sick? What will you do when a doctor tells you that you don't have much time to live? What will you do if you have to leave all your loved ones behind?⠀

When was the last time you thought about your health? You see, your body is a vessel. It's your avatar in this game of life. This vessel of yours needs proper nourishment and love.⠀

What does that really mean?


I'm not talking about just eating right or exercising. We all know that already. But how is it that people still get sick even if they are eating healthy and they have an active lifestyle?⠀

Because they are holding tension or negative emotion in their physical body from past pain and trauma. The body is ALWAYS in fight or flight mode response. Which is totally destructive for your nervous system.⠀

You don't just forget things. When you ignore your feelings, when you don't allow yourself to feel the things you don't want to feel, it gets stuck inside your physical body. You need to let that out!⠀

So, heal your body through eating right, exercising, yoga, getting enough sleep, breathing deeply, AND doing some deep spiritual healing work.⠀

Release. Allow yourself to remove all that stagnant energy so you can have space for growth in your life! It's not too late. It is NEVER too late until you breathe out that last breath. Until then, you have time to CHOOSE.⠀
