Sadhana is whatever you do consistently to clear your own consciousness so you can relate to the infinity within you. Before you face the world each day, do yourself a favor—tune up your nervous system and attune yourself to your highest inner self.

Feel the vibration around you and within you. Feel the gratitude in your heart for feeling ALIVE, for breathing... for living... for being.

Do this for yourself. It doesn’t have to be at the beach (I live in a remote island) but at least go out and see nature.

Hear the crickets.

Hear the birds sing.

Feel the wind.

Be grateful.

You are here for a reason.

Find that passion of yours. And if you already did, that’s great!
