  • Take a deep breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, then breathe out for 4 seconds, and hold for 4 seconds. Do this for about 5 to 10 breaths.
  • Notice any thoughts that come up, but try not to get too attached.
  • When ready, gently open your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
